Garden Veggie Challenge – July 27 Edition
So the rain on Saturday really seemed to help the Cucumbers. So today after work Corrine and I went out to the garden, while dinner was simmering.. I’m really glad Corrine came out to help me today, cause I needed help to carry in all the veggies. We harvested 7 cucumbers and 2 zucchini, with several more zucchini ready to come out tomorrow. So it doesn’t totally make sense, but the 2 cucumber plants are out producing the 8 zucchini plants. Interesting, but I guess that’s what happens when a plant produces runners.
So current veggie totals are:
