As you probably know we have got a fish tank last year. We got it from the Clarks when they sold their house, and they left the tank, so we got it and have used it for a while. We recently added a new fish tank stand, that we could close and add a safety on, as Daniel gets bigger, more mobile and more inquisitive.
We can sit next to the tank, with Daniel on our lap, and he will just intently check out the fish. Corrine put him on the sofa and he could watch on his own, here is a picture that she took of Daniel watching the fish.

It’s a little rough getting back into the groove of going into the office again. I went in last week, for half days and it was a little tough getting used to it, but I went in Monday morning, to get the hang of going in early, and then the rest of the week I was in during the afternoon, for all my meetings, but this week I am pretty much there fulltime, so it’s a change. Definitely something to get used to. One nice thing is that Corrine is letting me sleep through most of the night. I have been staying up later, cause I usually do anyway, and then she does the next few feedings and then I can get the one right when I get up, (if Daniel times if accordingly) . So it hasn’t been too bad, but it is definitely something to start getting used to.. I have noticed that I have been getting into the office earlier, which is nice cause then I can leave earlier, and Daniel seems more awake when I get home versus when I go into work. So that is nice. We will have to see how it all works out, but Corrine and I seem to be adjusting well to the third member of our family.

Before Daniel was born they all kept saying, get your sleep while you still can. I can’t say I fully understood why they kept saying that till it happened to us. I think its just the every 2 -3 hours of waking up, that just messes with your sleep patterns. Its crazy, as soon as you really start falling asleep, its time to get up and feed the little guy. I think that is why God made babies so cute… you have to take care of them, and can’t really get angry at them, they are just so cute..
